Primal O Pancakes
These aren't your average stack. A semi-healthy spin on a breakfast classic. Lighter ingredients, same satisfying result. Fluffy, golden, and just indulgent enough to feel like a treat without the guilt trip afterward. Weekend mornings just got an upgrade.
PRIMAL O PANCAKES
Ingredients

1 cup Flour

1.5 tbsp Sugar

1.5 cups Coconut Milk

1 Eggs

2 tbsp Greek Yogurt

0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

0.25 tsp Nutmeg

0.25 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Salt

In one bowl, mix all your dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whisk all your wet ingredients until combined. Pour the wet into the dry and fold together gently. A few lumps are totally fine, don't overwork it.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour in your batter and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Stack them up, pour over some maple syrup, and dig in.
